Refund policy

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. Once your order is processed and payment is cleared, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Our ultimate goal is to please you and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise must be in new condition with all packaging materials, inserts, and manuals.

A 5% restocking fee applies to opened items.

Used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has shipped. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if the error was ours.

If your items qualify for free shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refused packages will be refunded minus the shipping expenses.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges for different items will be handled as new orders and may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

If your item is defective within 30 days, you may send it back for a refund.

Return Procedures:

  1. Ship the product back to us in a shipping box with enough packing material to prevent damage.
